Looks like the last 1/16th of an inch on the tip is restored and one small fill area on the blade.  Minor for a tooth that has been sitting in the ground for nearly 100 million years.  Almost all of these have "undisclosed" repairs and/or restoration work done to them.  With this one...its simply disclosed and you know exactly what you are paying for.  Everything else is 100% Natural.
